On Wednesday, October 18, 2017, the set Professions Centre of Management, Faculty of Economics and management, Bogor agricultural University which cooperate with PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. convene a Seminar on Inspiring Unileader 2017. The event is held every year in this menyusung the theme of A New Way of Doing Business: Sustainability Driving Value. The event started at 08:20. Once opened by Rizal Dustin Qotrunada and Rebekah Cynthia Munthe as MC, the participants listened to a speech from Mr. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Firdaus, SP, M.Si as a representative of the Faculty of Economics and management and mother Wita Juwita Ermawati, S.TP, MM from The Department Of Management.

This activity consists of three sessions. The first session is filled by Ms. Shinta Kaniawati as Head of Sustainable Business and Unilever Indonesia Foundation. He describes the stages of his career at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, and continued with the exposure on the importance of sustainable business application in an enterprise and outlining all activities undertaken by these companies in implementing sustainable business. The first session was closed with the pemberikan plaque from the Department was represented by Ms. Wita Juwita Ermawati, S.TP, MM Kaniawati Sita to the mother as a representative of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, and vice versa. The second session was a talk show that is filled by the mother Sita Kaniawati together with Mr. Tito Unruly as Marketing Beverage PT. Unilever Indonesia. These sessions are guided by a moderator, i.e. Roza Destrinanda of Management 52. After asking a few questions, Roza invites Mother Sita and Mr. Tito to answer two questions from the attendees displayed via sli.do and one of the questions directly from the designated participants, where the avatar at the end of the third the event will be awarded a prize. Before the second session ended, participants are given the questions as quizzes from Mother Sita. He pointed to three participants to answer that later will also be given prizes of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk.

After the second session ended, participants who attended provided entertainment through appearance Izza Tazkiya singing in mine own country from Chrisye and Contract from the umbrella shade. The appearance of success makes the participants sang together. Then resumed with three sessions, namely exposure about life at Unilever who presented by Tri Utami as praise the Leadership and Development Admin Unilever Indonesia which certainly makes the participants were amazed and interested.

The event which took place successfully ended at at 12. After being closed by the MC, the granting of certificates and ice cream to the attendees.
