International Seminar PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia 2017 merupakan project antara PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia dengan Himpunan Profesi Manajemen FEM IPB yaitu Centre of Management (COM@) yang sudah berjalan selama delapan tahun. Tujuan dari acara ini ialah untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada khalayak luas untuk lebih mengenal PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia, menciptakan kegiatan yang dapat memberikan pengetahuan lebih dalam mengenai The Role and Implementation of Actuary in Financial Institution, mengetahui mengenai strategi investasi yang berada di PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia menghadapi regulasi OJK, juga strategi PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia dalam melindungi reputasi perusahaannya.
Acara ini berlangsung pada hari Selasa, 9 Mei 2017 yang bertempat di Auditorium Andi Hakim Nasution, Kampus IPB Dramaga, Bogor. Peserta terdiri dari mahasiswa/i IPB maupun luar IPB (D3, S1, dan S2) serta dosen Departemen Manajemen IPB. Jumlah yang hadir pada acara ini ialah sebanyak 400 peserta. Acara ini berlangsung mulai dari pukul 08.15 s.d. 12.30 WIB dengan menggunakan dua Bahasa yaitu Bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris dikedua sesinya.

Seminar kali ini diawali oleh tari tradisional (Tari Sulawesi) dari COAST Tari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Manajemen IPB, lalu opening MC oleh Axel Nathaniel (Mahasiswa Manajemen 52) dan Dhia Uthamie (Mahasiswi Manajemen 52). Dilanjutkan dengan sambutan dari Sekretaris Departemen Manajemen IPB, Ibu Wita Juwita Ermawati, S.TP. MM, dan sambutan dari Mr. Shiro Ozawa selaku Presiden Direktur PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia.
Pada tahun ini, International Seminar PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia mengangkat tema “The Role and Implementation of Actuary in Financial Institution”. Yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk menuangkan pemikirannya mengenai hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan alokasi dan kondisi dalam bidang keuangan di tengah persaingan bisnis asuransi. Seminar ini dibagi dua sesi, sesi pertama bertemakan “Insurance Product and Manpower Planning Actuary Profession in Indonesia”. Pada sesi ini, acara berjalan selama 80 menit termasuk sesi tanya jawab dengan moderator Ibu Rindang Matoati,SE,M.Sc, yang merupakan dosen Departemen Manajemen IPB, dan pembicara yaitu Mr. Dedi Damhudi, Business Development General Manager dan Mr. Toga Sinaga, Direktur Pengaturan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan IKNB.
Sesi pertama dibagi menjadi dua, yang pertama dengan pembicara Mr. Dedi Damhudi, setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan penyerahan piagam yang diberikan oleh pihak Departemen Manajemen IPB yang diwakili oleh Sekretaris Departemen Manajemen, Ibu Wita Juwita Ermawati, S.TP. MM kepada pihak PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia dan foto bersama. Setelah itu, dilanjutkan dengan refreshment yaitu penampilan COAST Seni Akustik Fakultas Ekonomi dan Manajemen IPB untuk memeriahkan acara. COAST Akustik pada kali ini mempersembahkan dua lagu, yaitu “City of Stars” dan “Someone Like You”. Lalu sesi pertama dilanjutkan dengan pembicara Mr. Togar Sinaga, setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan penyerahan piagam yang diberikan oleh pihak Departemen Manajemen IPB yang diwakili oleh Dr. Ir. Ma’mun Sarma, MS,M.Ec kepada pihak PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia serta penyerahan piagam oleh pihak Departemen Manajemen IPB kepada moderator yang diserahkan oleh Presiden Direktur COM@, Rani Dwifentary dan dilanjutkan dengan foto bersama.
Sesi kedua bertemakan “The Role and Implementation of Actuary in Financial Institution” yang berlangsung selama 65 menit termasuk sesi tanya jawab dengan moderator Ibu Rindah Febriana Suryawati,SE,M.Acc,Ak,CA selaku dosen Departemen Manajemen IPB, dan Ms. Felicia, Assistant Vice President, Actuarial, Risk Management and Technical Service Department, MSIG Holdings (Asia) Pte Ltd, Singapore.
Setelah sesi kedua selesai, dilanjutkan dengan pemberian sertifikat serta souvenir dari Departemen Manajemen IPB kepada PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia yang diwakilkan oleh Ibu Wita Juwita Ermawati, S.TP. MM, kemudian pemberian plakat dan souvenir PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia yang diberikan oleh Mr. Shiro Ozawa kepada Ms. Felicia selaku pembicara. Kemudian pemberian sertifikat kepada moderator, Ibu Rindah Febriana Suryawati,SE,M.Acc,Ak,CA dari Departemen Manajemen IPB yang diwakilkan oleh Putri Nouviyanti selaku Ketua Pelaksana. Kemudian pemberian souvenir yang diberikan oleh PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia untuk moderator Departemen Manajemen IPB yang diwakilkan oleh Ibu Rindang Matoati,SE,M.Sc. serta pemberian plakat dari Departemen Manajemen IPB Dr. Ir. Ma’mun Sarma, MS,M.Ec kepada pihak PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia, Mr. Shiro Ozawa. Kemudian pemberian plakat dari PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia, Mr. Shiro Ozawa kepada Departemen Manajemen yang diwakilkan oleh Dr. Ir. Ma’mun Sarma,MS,M.Ec. Dan diakhiri dengan sesi foto bersama.
Tak lupa juga ada pembagian doorprize yang diberikan oleh perwakilan Centre of Management (COM@) yaitu Putri Nouviyanti selaku ketua pelaksana acara ini. Acara ini berjalan dengan lancar dan meriah. Setelah seminar selesai, dilakukan sesi foto serta makan siang bersama.
Harapannya, mahasiswa lebih mengenal apa itu PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia dan mengetahui beberapa bagian keuangan dari PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia, serta bagaimana perkembangan bidang aktuaria di dunia, dan kedepannya PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia tetap bekerja sama dengan departemen Manajemen IPB bukan hanya dari segi pelaksanaan seminar international, namun internship di perusahaan dan hubungan baik lainnya.

International Seminar on MSIG Indonesia Insurance PT 2017 is a project between MSIG Indonesia Insurance PT with the set Management Profession FEM IPB i.e. Center of Management (COM @) that has been running for eight years. The goal of this event is to provide an opportunity to the audience to better know the MSIG Indonesia Insurance PT, create activities that can provide deeper knowledge about The Role and Implementation of Actuary in Financial Institution, find out about investment strategies are in PT Indonesia MSIG Insurance face regulation OJK, also strategy of PT. Indonesia MSIG Insurance in protecting the reputation of the company. This event takes place on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at Auditorium Andi Hakim Nasution, campus Dramaga IPB, Bogor. The participants consisted of students/i IPB and IPB (D3, S1, and S2) as well as a lecturer at the Department of management of the IPB. The number of those present at the event were as many as 400 participants. This event takes place from 08:15 until 12:30 PM EST by using two languages, namely Indonesian Language and language dikedua sesinya United Kingdom. The seminar this time preceded by a traditional dance (dance Celebes) COAST of the Dance Faculty of Economics and management of the IPB, and then opening the MC by Axel Nathaniel (Student Management 52) and Dhia Uthamie (Student Management 52). Followed by the message from the Secretary of the Department of management of the IPB, the mother Wita Juwita Ermawati, S.TP. MM, and greeting from Mr. Shiro Ozawa as President Director PT. MSIG Indonesia Insurance. This year, the International Seminar of MSIG Insurance PT Indonesia denunciatory “The Role and Implementation of Actuary in Financial Institution”. Which aims to provide an opportunity for students to pour his thoughts on matters pertaining to the appropriations and the conditions in the field of finance in the middle of the insurance business competition. The seminar is divided into two sessions, the first session themed “Insurance Product and Manpower Planning Actuary Profession in Indonesia”. At this session, the show running for 80 minutes including q & a sessions with moderators Mother Leafy Matoati, SE, m.SC, who is a Professor of the Department of management of the IPB, and a speaker that is Mr.? Damhudi, Business Development General Manager and Mr Toga Sinaga, Director of research and development arrangement, IKNB. The first session was divided into two, with the first speaker Mr.? Damhudi, afterwards followed by the surrender of the Charter granted by the Department of management of IPB which is represented by the Secretary of the Department of management, the mother Wita Juwita Ermawati, S.TP. MM to the MSIG Indonesia Insurance PT and photos together. After that, proceed with refreshment, namely the appearance of the COAST Art Acoustic Faculty of Economics and management of IPB to enliven the event. COAST Acoustic at this time presented two songs, namely “City of Stars” and “Someone Like You”. Then the first session continued with speaker Mr. Togar Sinaga, afterwards followed by the surrender of the Charter granted by the Department of management of the IPB represented by Dr. IR. Ma’mun Sarma, p., m. Ec to the MSIG Indonesia Insurance PT as well as the surrender of the Charter by the IPB Management Department to the moderators that are submitted by the President Director COM @, Rani Dwifentary and continued with the photos together. The second session themed “The Role and Implementation of Actuary in Financial Institution” that lasted 65 minutes including q & a sessions with moderators Febriana Rindah Mother Suryawati, SE, m. Acc, Ak, CA as a lecturer at the Department of management of the IPB, and Ms. Felicia, Assistant Vice President, Actuarial, Risk Management and Technical Service Department, MSIG Holdings (Asia) Pte Ltd, Singapore. After the second session is finished, proceed with awarding certificates and souvenirs from the Department of management of IPB to MSIG Insurance PT Indonesia represented by Ms. Wita Juwita Ermawati, S.TP. MM, then the giving of plaques and souvenirs PT. Indonesia MSIG Insurance given by Mr. Shiro Ozawa to Ms. Felicia as the speaker. Then certification to the moderator, Ms. Suryawati Febriana Rindah, SE, m. Acc, Ak, CA from IPB Management Department represented by Princess Nouviyanti as Chairman. Then the giving souvenirs given by MSIG Indonesia Insurance PT for moderator IPB Management Department represented by Mother Leafy Matoati, SE, m.SC. and awarding plaques of IPB Management Department Dr. IR. Ma’mun Sarma, p., m. Ec to the MSIG Indonesia Insurance PT, Mr. Shiro Ozawa. Then awarding plaques of MSIG Indonesia Insurance PT, Mr. Shiro Ozawa to the Department of Management which is represented by Dr. IR. Ma’mun Sarma, M.S., d. EC. and ends with a joint photo session. Do not forget there is also a division of doorprize which is given by the representative of the Centre of Management (COM @), Princess Nouviyanti as Chairman of the event. This event runs smoothly and festive. After the seminar is finished, conducted photo session and lunch together. The hope, students know what it PT. Indonesia MSIG Insurance and knowing some of the financial part of MSIG Indonesia Insurance PT, as well as how the actuarial field developments in the world, and the future of PT Indonesia remains MSIG Insurance works closely with the Department of Management was ESTABLISHED not only in terms of the implementation of the international seminars, but internship in the company of other good and relationships.
